Most people do not know how to eat, too much information, time restrictions, convenience verses nutrition, family traditions, frustration, or never having experienced good tasting health food.
This fresh approach to healthy living is based simply by creating movement somewhere in your life. It could be to start with 2 minutes of meditation nightly, eating clean one meal at a time or practicing yoga every morning. Change what you put into your body and your body and mind will glow.
