The 8:15 am class on Saturdays has become a community class. This class is a free class but donations are accepted.
We all have our favorite teachers, and even places to set up our mat, but it is good to break out of old patterns and explore new territory.
Break away from familiar ways. You may find something that you didn't know you were looking for.
If you have never tried a class with Angela, Liz , Penny, Susan or Amy don't miss out!
Heaters are in and the wall between the studio and reception has been closed. As the mercury outside drops you can be sure that it is on the rise in the studio!

Parking in Rear. There is a glass door into the building from the back parking lot. Enter through that door and head to the second floor and then down the long hallway. Our signs will be up soon.
Please park behind the building. There is plenty of parking and an entrance as well.
Once again thank you for your patience and commitment to Glow. We are working hard to make the studio a beautiful and serene place where you will enjoy coming to practice.
